The Royal Sarcophagus Society, formed in 2002, is a Toronto-based collective of visual designers, artists, dancers, accountants, vagabonds, seers, seekers and pastry chefs dedicated to putting the unpredictable in to the every day.
The RSS's goal is that of liberating magic, art, whimsy and idle daydreaming and setting it free from the shackles of mass produced, predictable, modern day, dim-witted, dunder-headed profit orientated sameness.
Each year, they produce a Autumnal Soiree to showcase their members and guests. Throughout the year, members collaborate on poetry readings, music, book publishing, custom packaging, website design, scents, secrets, divinations and all manner of tomfoolery.
